Transfers once again

hello familia!! after last weeks emails Ive decided Argentina and Hawaii are very similar. we have beautiful flowers here, rain storms that make things green and lush, and sand that blows in the  winds covering my body... I sweat as I walk, and if I close my eyes I feel like im watching to a foreign beach off our family cruise. and then I realize the beaches are hours away and that sweat is my friend for the next few months, and that the walking actually is just in haedo I call home. ok so im not in Hawaii, and i wouldnt actually know how similiar it is since ive never been.  but I do have to say I pretended to be in the parents spot while reading the very wonderfully detailed letters and soaking it up.  Sounds more like heaven, too good to be true, vacation. I dont blame you for not wanting to go back to cold salt lake, should have returned here instead.  hawaii argentina salt lake.  that is the totum pole don't you know?  I hope you slept enough for me and tinnie, and by enough probably about the whole length of your vacation.  thanks for the letters and info, I felt like I could of been there it was so story like.
so this week was transfers.  I have never been more stressed in my life, I did not want my companion to leave me in the area. The colaectevos are very confusing and getting to my area from our apartment is a struggle.  Well turns out I didn't need to worry... not until next transfer!!  I am in the same area with the same companion, hermana Vicente.  We are starting to become a lot better of friends and laughing more at random things we encounter. Im letting my hair down a little (trust me not literally way to hot for that) and making her loosen up abit.  Missionary work is miserably if you arent having fun, so goodness I will find the fun...sometimes it requires a lot of effort. more than I ever had to force before but its working!  we have one new sister saying with us, and thank goodness for my north american staying in our apartment as well. nights are so fun in English, especially with a companion who after a whole day of correcting me I get to correct her :)  this week not much happened major besides finding lots of new investigators for this upcoming week.  We did happen to have two different miracles that every missionary dreams about.
1. Heber, came to church last Sunday after the block meeting. We didnt know him and to us he was just a random man crying. We welcomed into the chapel and talked to him. He has a son who is having problems seeing and wants a prayer, want a perfect place to come.  He is practically a grandpa to me he is so adorable and he is from Uruguay so my comp and him get along great.  Well we are welcomed into there family to teach them lessons and he has 7 kids.  talk about my kind of family. I was very grateful for this blessing.
2. maria was walking passed us and we stopped to give her a card. we start talking and she admits she is looking for a religion. Well we are two feet away from the chapel... so we take her on a tour and she LOVED IT!  admitted shes not the biggest fan of the catholic church because its not enough of a family related, activity oriented Church.  Well she has come to the right place, and is talking to the perfect people!  she is extremely prepared if I say so myself. Also Raytch, our convert from two weeks ago is preparing to serve a mission now!!! he gets the priesthood soon, and is helping us in lessons. I am telling you he is capa!   These moments make every missionaries week!
during the week we also had the treat of decorating north american cookies! it was a surprise so my camera was not present unfortunately but man I have never been so excited to sit down and decorate Christmas sugar cookies with red and green frosting!  no such cookies down here and everyone e loved them!! it was a great service project.  This week we had the craziest 30 minutes storm. My comp and I were walking and it just hit out of the blue. Our skirts go flying up and in attempts to stay modest and dry id say we failed.  our umbrellas flew away multiple times... this is the moment where I decide who needs an umbrella always.  through the crazy wind of not being able to walk straight and the rain it was an adventure!  We were soaked and laughing hysterical as the locals thought we were nuts.  I agree with Stephen, missions are more fun wet. BRING ME MORE RAIN and storms. its so hot here anyways, why not!?
Once again I am doing a choir!  I guess I can sing here in the mission?  so every p-day up to Christmas I spend half the day practicing with other missionaries. latinos and hispanics arent the best with holding a tune, but its Christmas songs and the spirit of Christ so no one cares!  its great to be in a group of missionaries and around hermana carter so it is worth it!  Christmas is so soon!

Ok not much spiritual to say this week... sorry,. I need to improve in that area but read between the lines and you will realize that this adventure is a constant spiritual fire!  You think I had a testimony before my mission... hehe you thought WRONG!
LOVE YOU ALL!
