A big change

(editor's warning: original spelling has been maintained to preserve the authenticity of Hermana Alley's lose of the English language as she conquers Spanish!)

well folks today I have quite the twist to  tell you. but before I start I would like to tell you a little bit about this past week.  Our presdient took away our very strict key indicators this week and  gave us some freedom to pick our goals. WHAT?   what a change in the mission. this week he took awa y our list of rules and now we are just going off the white bible. can you believe it ... we can drink Cola now.  thank goodness mate is out of the question still. really  I feel like this is the third mission I am serving.  only in the sa me place.  In 25 de mayo we found some wonderful news this  week.  people extremely great and so prepared to listen. we found comple families and young families. it was really a great week.   I am now learning castillano in the  sign language.  We have a  soon to be member who is deaf and she is giving us classes. I LOVE IT!  its so fun and pretty easy to pick up on!
w ell I am just going to  skip ahead now to what I cant get out of my mind.  saturday we are eating with the family ashton, like always,  but this time we are ea ting steak!  how wonderful and nice of them, whats the occasion?  The announce that they are coming back to  25 de mayo full time this week!  celebration! well satruday passes by normal,  now its sunday morning. just another sunday in campo.  I am asked to bare my testimony out of the blue. thats odd   but why not I will do it.  hermana ashton after the reunion asks if I am read y... for? the primary? yes I am always ready?    after church see comies up to me with tears and says you didnt say goodbye? why not?  HERMANA ASHTON WHAT IS GOING ON?  she looks at me...
¨they didnt tell you¨
 ¨TELL ME WHAT¨,
¨you are leaving 25  ede mayo...

Its a joke, it has to be a joke. I havent heard anything from anyone....  well turns out that it was a huge miss communication.  thank goodness my heart skipped about 10 beats, and off I am to eat with a member. durning lunch, the hermana leaders call... the zone leaders call... the distrcit leader calls... and than presdient calls! there has been a mistake and the assistancts forgot to call me  that morning. I really was leaving with the ashtons. in less than two hours.   and from that moment folks , it has  been nothing but tears.  I have been flashed.  I packed my things and bawled as I said goodbye in 2 mintues to some of my dearest memebers.  you learn to love people and than you realize you cant imagine your life without them.  I left without saying goodbye to many of my converts and that is that hardest thing ever.  This past week they closed  an area close to us for lack of success and the hermana there took my  place.  Big hugs for hermana passos as I wont be seeing her for quite some time.  I have never cried so much I am pretty sure.   But I am trying to stay postive!  after lots of hugs kisses and  best  wishes I said goodbye to my 8 month home and headed to the city with the ashton family.   I talked to president and he said that this saturday , the baptism of gabriela and diego our couople , that he would do everything  he could to let us return. I sure hope so as it will give me the opportunity to say goodbye to some of the members.
I am now writting to your from my new area and my new com p, hermana davis. she is from the states and we have had divisions together before.  she heads home the same day as christine   aka one transfer. we are here in city , the city next to ramos mejia, casseros!  as this is my first moments in the area I dont have many details, all I know is I am commited to giving my all. and trying to find the love for the city again. trying to  blend to the differences. after talking to my comp we  will be working strickly with  less actives as the people are a little bit more like italy here... there arent hardly receptive.  so the smells the sounds are reminding me of my first months in trhe mission.   I am assuming I will be spenind the rest of my mission here.   President told me he wanted my ANIMO or excitement here in the city. that I need to help the missionaries in our mission love their areas, no importa where we are.  Soooo my goals... love what I am doing. Find new poeple to love , even when in this second my heart is in 25 de mayo. and give my all to the new area. here we go for another adventure.

 onward and upward.
pray for my old area 25 de mayo
and pray for my new area, which I dont know the name yet....
Love you all and hope you c elebrated our ZION for me!

Hermana Alley

a tad more about the week

Hello I  forgot to you tell you a few other details about the week. I  went on divisions this we ek with the same hermana that I spent the first three day s of the mission with .... pretty much I was d reading it. I  DID NOT want to relive those days as I will be honest and say that I hated them . haha and didnt want anything else but to return t o the states. however turns out it was the best division I have had thus  far . It was so fun to see how we have changed after a year and grown.  We had so much fun sparing experiences and working together , and it really pumped me up to do more. I was slightly bored of the same onld befoer the divisoions but she gave me some great ideas and now I am ready to apply all tlhat I learned. It was great and I love   bragado!
we also celbrated my comps birthday. i missed the first part of the day for divisions however I returned with grea t plans. in the end she had four different cakes and I gave everyt contact the commitment to sing her happy birthday.  I even decorated her bike, with balloonsn and streamers and made her where a crown ontop of her helmet!  we finished it off with our recent converts and a pizza party! WAY TO  GR EAT! she was super happy and that is all that mattered!
